Let's goooooo
I won't be able to see you in person because i live far far away...Australia...but Id like to learn and practice your exercises as i have problems with the fascia in my legs. Thanks ❤
Absolutely amazing workout, thank you maestro 🙏
I've had this saved since it first was released. I don't do it often (it's a little longer than I'd want for a post-workout stretch), but it really is a nice routine to restore the whole body after a strength workout; I especially liked the kneeling lat stretch.
Where can I follow u on social media because this was old video?
the best kettlebell swing tutorial I found, thank you a lot!
1:39 that's a joke, right? Next you'll try and tell us water goes down the drain in the opposite direction too.
Best instruction I've seen.
Google search Nadi Shodhana for proper technique or read Pranayam by Swami Shivananda.
Really nice lower/back body work - would love to see more like this!
Amazing strengthening exercises I practiced all of them after a knee surgery. I never felt stronger since
I've been trying to learn the proper form for this, and I think this is one of the best UA-cam tutorials I've found so far. Great job. But I would have appreciated seeing the full swing in action.
that swing was so low
A lots of people with different opinions. If you're not sure then watch this video by double Olympic rowing champion Alex Gregory, on the official British rowing site. You can't argue against this... ua-cam.com/video/QGqls1jhTUM/v-deo.htmlsi=BPlk271G2Uys51uE
I don’t have the strength with my hands I wish I could do it
Get a partner to help you by doing the hand motions on your knees, elbows, etc.
Excellent tutorial
This is so informative. Thanks
Great job!!
Yet another tutorial with shocking form! It is a hip hinge movement NOT a squat!
great beginner moves. I like that you focus on repetitive learned movements first. :)
Nice to use the foam roller and to open up the t-spine in various ways!
How did no one see this
EXCELLENT!
Stay small
Omg 😱 the one with the ears felt laughing 😂 after while that’s absolutely amazing 🤩 thank you! Will keep doing these until ingest better than what I used to be 💋🙏🏾
For me, the hip bit was not quite clear, in terms of direction of rotation. I am just discovering fascia and working with it as a really subtle way to support the body and the nervous system to... well, simply relax, basically.
People on UA-cam say doing exercise have health benefits while not doing exercise leads to health problems. If both with exercise and without exercise causes health problems then what can we gain health benefits in our lifestyle? Living an active lifestyle helps our heart and living a sedentary lifestyle is a dangerous lifestyle to live and doing exercise is part of an active lifestyle therefore if doing exercise which is living an active lifestyle and not doing exercise or lack of exercise which is living a sedentary lifestyle are both dangerous for our health then what lifestyle can we live that is not dangerous at all?
I found it fascinating to watch the progression of developing the skills and muscles to perform a good kettlebell swing. This is one of the best how to videos I have ever seen.
Ngl it may be hot outside but an extra decade of life sound pretty nice
Коасавчик 💚👍
What's erb?
much appreciated, you said something about right being the "high eye" what does that mean? thanks
Most people have one eye that is slightly higher than the other
Thank you❤
I've been juggling several workout routines trying to figure out one I can stick to until I need to switch it up, and kept thinking from all the info out there that I needed to workout between 20-45 mins. 10 minutes is way more doable, especially on the "I don't want to" days. Thanks for this video!
This exercise is really dangerous. I did my back in.
Dont swing kb below the knee level ... u will enjoy doing it
Very useful 👌
Was diagnosed with Lyme's 30 yrs ago and been having muscle tension ever since. This is mind blowing ❤and only half done. Health and wealth is for those seeking it❤ Thanx for your time
Nvr felt better, it's so EZ
❤ this is going to be amazing ❤ didn't have energy to start😢 now half done and I want to get some work done
Can you make a video on Wellbeing Nutrition Slow burn weight loss supplement? I feel the ingredient doses are much less compared to the minimum effective dose
Good video
Thank you taking the time to share this info in an easy to understand way without the hype, grandstanding and desperate click bate hucksterism. I appreciate you. You are sending good into the world. (We certainly need it.)
Great interview. Love my LiveO2 system
This is so amazing ❤ Thank you Garry .. These techniques really bring up so much emotions. So many times I have heard people say " you just need to heal'' Sounds great right ....but HOW... This is the most healing thing I have EVER done... Hands down! I have so much gratitude for you Garry and your team🙏🙏🙏💗Thank you Thank you Thank you a million times❤
Going through this entire sequence would be excellent as a warmup before getting into your actual swings. I do 5-10 reps of each to get into the groove.
bro is majorly man spreading. 180 degrees
Clean the kitchen, overwhelming cooking, clean again, then not hungry or my dinner taste horrible
Great video! What size is a good kettle to start off with?
0:48 breathwork starts.
Thank you..I have been practising these with great benefit..I do believe it has nothing to do with gravity..we create subconsciously unhealthy holding patterns in our bodies that relate to stress, anxiety and worry, including the stimulus of the outside world..our bodies are our emotions…our emotions and everything that happens to us is stored in the Akashic records ..OUR facia..and our auric field of energy…this all creates distortion in our muscles, bones, facia, ligaments, digestive system and just about every other working system in our bodies..everything is connected..🙌👼🙏🏻🌹
I love this explanation which I’m totally aligned with and makes total sense. Surprised no one ‘liked’ your comment.
In my view, process is like a road, and each road has some stations for resting; I call these stations outcomes!
